Kastle Systems is currently seeking qualified applicants for Client Service Representative/ Dispatcher.  The ideal candidate will have a client services background in a similar service industry along with experience scheduling, routing, and assigning work to technicians and the ability to interact well with clients and co-workers. Candidate is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, socialize the Kastle value proposition and represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, this individual will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities

This position is in an office setting and is responsible for client services including scheduling service calls. 

  • Responsible for client communications, issue resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Schedule, route, and assign work to technicians
  • Track progress and status of all work orders.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
  • Works closely with internal teams to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed correctly.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Sales, Client Services, Business Development support.
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper expectations.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Assess present and planned levels to provide recommendations to resolve force and load imbalances to meet customer demand
  • Other duties as reasonably assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree perfered required.
  • At least 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Schedule, route, and assign work to technicians.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Clear speaking voice and excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Desire to provide excellent customer assistance.
  • Desire and ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to interface and communicate with customers and co‑workers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Must be willing to participate in and pass the company’s pre-employment screening process including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record
  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet state licensing requirements for security.
  • Must be able to meet client background and suitability screening when required to access client’s data and/or site.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old
