Kastle is hiring a Recruiter who has a true hunting mentality.  The recruiter will source candidates, build piplines via searches, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.  This position will engage with hiring managers to determine job functions to assist in identifying candidates. The recruiter will learn the business and actively seek industry knowledge to remain educated on industry and competition. Come work with our great team!

Responsibilities

  • Provides on-site support to Director, HR, and several Hiring Managers across the country to aggressively source candidates through both active and passive methods
  • Provides full-life cycle recruitment support
  • Works with hiring managers to build strategies around their recruitment needs and open requirements
  • Utilizes creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract key talent
  • Manages scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and hiring managers
  • Handles a requisition load of at least 20+ requirements simultaneously
  • Provides regular status reports to the Director, HR and ensures that candidate tracking is up-to-date and compliant in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in full life-cycle technology recruiting including, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, offers, closing and relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions; security industry experience is a plus
  • Must pass the Drug Test, the Background Check, and any pre-employment tests as applicable
  • Ability to cold call candidates and generate interest
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, informal team-based environment while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
  • Excellent project management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Must have initiative and have solid judgment abilities; constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set extremely high
