  • Own the Product Roadmap for Kastle
  • Actively engage with the market, internal stakeholders, customers, and non-customers to define new opportunities.  Identify customer problems to fix and become expert on customer processes through in person observation.
  • Defining the unique selling proposition for new solutions (prior to development).
  • Make a business case for new solutions/strategies.  Review and recommend make/buy/partner decisions.
  • Specifically understand market competition.
  • Create Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and acquire consensus with business units.
  • Drive development priorities and resources and be accountable for scope, schedule, and quality delivery.  Ensure quality by owning definition, project management and sign off for testing.
  • Partner with the business and key customers to initiate and lead beta projects prior to market launch.
  • Train sales and marketing in Product USP and messaging.  Working closely with Marketing to develop standardized go-to-market plans, calendars, materials, and multi-channel promotional initiatives to achieve growth and client satisfaction goals.
  • Determines solution pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs and anticipating volume.  Test and iterate as needed.
  • Develop Kastle’s forecasts for new solutions.  Develop, recommend, and gain consensus on forecast and pricing strategies with the business units.
  • Routinely measure and report on achievement against objectives.  Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; reasonably participate in sales as a subject matter expert and to evaluate sales calls and results.
  • Drive training and certification of appointed Subject Matter Experts in Customer Service, Monitoring, Project Management, Sales, Programming, and all relevant functional areas for successful roll out and execution.  Monitor proficiency of team on ongoing basis.
  • Facilitate inventory ordering, turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules for any relevant and kitted solution sets.  Ensure the quote and sales tools accuracy.
  • Recommend and establish the solution and help desk support approach to handle field related issues quickly and expertly post launch.  Establish method to measure and report on client satisfaction with solution and to share that with management team routinely.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Own the business processes – from sales to support – for the Product.  Design the process from A to Z and implement the process with SMEs and with training.  Continually look to improve processes for efficiency gain or increases to customer satisfaction.


  • College Degree and prior Product Management experience
  • A history of successfully leading and managing cross functional teams
