Kastle Systems is hiring for an In-House Counsel with 10+ years of experience who will be responsible for a wide range of legal services and advice to the company. This person will be working closely with our executives and sales force in regards to contracts, compliance and risk.


  • Consulting with management, advisors, tax experts, accountants, and marketing staff
  • Coordinating and managing outside counsel and litigation
  • Negotiating and drafting contractual agreements, such as customer deals, real estate leases, and advising on employment matters
  • Overseeing GSA and other Government Compliance
  • Risk Management relating to insurance, safety, and licensing
  • Keeping informed of industry-specific regulations and ensuring that appropriate risk management strategies are in place
  • Overseeing compliance and corporate governance issues


  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A juris doctor (JD) is required.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Some background in transactions, contracting, intellectual property, labor, and real estate law.
  • Experience in compliance and corporate governance issues.
