The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting corporate marketing and strategic sales for Kastle.  The Marketing Coordinator brings marketing experience, creativity, and a willingness to learn and will receive hands on experience in all aspects of marketing.       

Responsibilities

  • Provides marketing support services for corporate marketing programs, sales, and executive teams.
  • Helps maintain and evolve websites, microsites, social sites, and extranets for Kastle and its family of brands.
  • Assists with developing, drafting and updating corporate materials, collateral and broadcast email tools.
  • Designs, layouts, and helps create multiple forms of content including presentations, email blasts, invitations, videos, and advertisements.
  • Responsible for proofreading, editing and correcting important communication documents.
  • Maintains and continually builds upon marketing databases. 
  • Helps plan and execute industry events.
  • Supports lead generation programs and activities.
  • Responsible for company promotional items and assists with branding consistency efforts.
  • Collects and reports on campaign results as well as analyzes market data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years marketing experience through internships or entry-level marketing role. Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, creative design, and online email tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
