The SeniorManager of  Financial Planning and Analyst will lead the FP&A function and provide financial analysis and decision support to executive leadership and business partners. This individual will need to develop a deep understanding of the business and build strong working relationships across functions. The role requires complex analytics and financial modeling, data management, process automation, and system enablement skills. This position requires a highly analytical, detailed oriented, and operationally focused professional with strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes by partnering with executive management to ensure alignment with business and corporate objective
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages for senior management
  • Report and analyze financial performance, including recurring monthly revenue, installation, and operating margins, and actual vs. budget analyses
  • Understand complex sales commission plans and calculate monthly commission payments
  • Detailed operating margin review on a project by project basis
  • Provide financial support of the company’s pricing and quoting models
  • Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and modeling when needed, particularly in support of key corporate strategic priorities
  • Proactively seek and streamline processes to add efficiencies without sacrificing quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with strong academic performance
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to interact and request information from a wide range of management levels within the organization as well as individuals in different locations
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Minimum of five years of finance and/or accounting experience
  • Experience in similar role preferred
  • Must pass the Drug Test, the Background Check and any pre-employment tests as applicable
