Part Time position responsible for verifying the cause of Remote Video Motion Alarms and classifying these alarms as actionable or non-actionable utilizing the Kastle provided Web Page to view short video clips generated at Kastle customer sites. This position is specifically designed for “Remote Agents” working from home or other Internet access points outside of the Kastle Call Center.

Schedules available:

  • Saturday and Sunday 5:00 AM-1:30 PM or 1:30 PM-10:00 PM (16 Hours) with availability to work additional hours during the week and Holidays
  • Saturday or Sunday 1:30 PM to 9 PM and Monday and Friday 6-9 (13 hours) with availability on-call for additional hours during afternoon and on Holidays.


  • Review Video Alarm Clips to determine if alarm was activated by a person/vehicle.
  • Selects “Escalation” resolution when cause by person/vehicle/suspicious activity at a site.
  • Selects “False Alarm” resolution when Remote Video Alarm was not triggered by a person/vehicle or suspicious activity.
  • Selects “Video Issue” resolution when no video is viewable in the web application.
  • Contacts Kastle Operations Center Management with any questions or concerns in the completion of their duties.


  • Strong attention to detail specifically focused on visual acuity.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working base schedule (8-12 hours) and to also maintaining availability to work additional shifts/hours in response to changing departmental activity on an on-call basis.
  • Exhibit consistency and the efficient processing Video Alarm events (processing time averaging 15-20 seconds per clip) while properly escalating events with suspicious activity
