Job Description

The Video Support Admin serves as a cross-department point of contact for the (a) installation department, (b) customer service department and (c) field service department. You will assist with setup of the cameras.  

This position is part time for 16 hours/week

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Program and setup of video cameras.
  • Work directly with the Installation and Client Services Departments.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or above
  • Superior customer service and communication skills – both written and oral
  • Ability to use a computer
